About Our Logo

After launching our first logo in 1994, MWI has introduced a new logo to represent who we are as a firm and what we do for our clients. Here's an overview of what we hope our new logo will convey:

The four shades of blue represent our four core offerings – negotiation, mediation, arbitration and training; MWI provides services and training to both individuals and groups. Our goal was to showcase the individual client (round head and blue shoulders facing forward) and a group of four who are seated at a round table where ideas are created and shared. Both are represented in the logo. Each person wearing a different shade of blue can be seen as the unique individuals that MWI serves and, at the same time, a group who share a common insights, flashes of brilliance and "ah-ha" moments, whether in a mediation, training, facilitation or other process; Our logo has also represents a compass that is designed to provide guidance and stability to our clients

We received the following from an insightful colleague:

• We see a sharp eye that can assess the types of conflicts and disputes from four different perspectives. It also can be perceived as looking through a microscope that enables it to dissect and separate the multiple issues in a conflict.
  
  
• We see a table of four negotiating groups (the black dot is the table) that MWI can be involved in multilateral negotiations.
  
  
• We see a magnet in the middle keeping equal distant among four metals. The magnet is MWI having equal distances from people in conflict in an arbitration process.
  
  
• We see from a bird view a wise person head (black dot) joining his hands (two of the blue chunks) on a table level, with the two other blue pieces being his shoulders
  
  
• We see the wheel of fortune with which you can roll your options and wherever it strikes, it will be any of the four-win solutions of MWI.
