What is Mediation Works Incorporated?
Mediation Works Incorporated (MWI) is a dispute resolution service and training organization in Boston dedicated to serving a variety of income-eligible, governmental, academic and corporate clients.
What is mediation?
Mediation is a voluntary and confidential process in which a neutral person, the mediator, assists people in dispute to clarify their interests and develop a mutually agreeable resolution.
Why would someone choose mediation?
Business people use mediation to avoid costly litigation and repair once profitable business relationships. Couples choose mediation to work out the terms of their divorce or separation in an efficient and cost-effective manner. Employees choose mediation to discuss conflict with co-workers or supervisors in the interest of minimizing stress and maximizing productivity.
