Dispute Resolution Experience

Moshe Cohen is a trainer and mediator based in Boston, MA. Since 1995, he has conducted hundreds of mediation, negotiations, and other workshops for numerous corporations, nonprofit organizations, government agencies, and elsewhere. He has designed, conducted, and coached countless mediation training programs through MWI and other organizations, often as the lead trainer. As a mediator, Moshe specializes in business, employment, workplace and discrimination-related disputes and serves on a number of mediation panels locally and nationally. He has mediated several hundred cases through the courts, government agencies, mediation panels, and his own practice. Moshe has published numerous articles on negotiation, mediation, conflict management, and leadership.

Moshe has provided mediation or mediation training services in higher education settings, government agencies, consumer product companies, technology companies, the design and construction industry, and others.

Lectures and ADR Trainings Conducted

Moshe Cohen teaches Negotiations and Leadership in the MBA program at Boston University and a course on Mediation in the Workplace at Cambridge College, and previously taught at Bentley College. In addition to corporate and university classes, he conducts public seminars on negotiation and conflict management and is a frequent guest speaker at business functions, conferences, and universities.
