Dispute Resolution Experience

Paul Giragos specializes in helping organizations achieve business results by teaching their leaders and managers to negotiate, communicate and influence more effectively. Paul brings over a decade of experience as both a facilitator and an attorney to his work for MWI. Since 2004, Paul has taught leadership, relationship management and communication workshops and has facilitated organizational development programs to audiences of individual contributors through executive-level leaders worldwide. Clients include Abbott, American Express, Deloitte, IBM, Lowe’s, MetLife, and Novartis. He teaches regularly as part of the executive education programs at the business schools at Harvard, Columbia, Northwestern and Duke. In the classroom, Paul employs interactive adult learning methods and a highly engaging delivery, developed through his work as a professional actor and improviser. Prior to working as a trainer and facilitator, Paul practiced law at firms in New York and Boston, including Kirkland & Ellis and Fish & Richardson. Paul tackled complex litigation matters and also negotiated technology transfer agreements for biotech clients and patent applications with the PTO. Paul’s diverse legal experience and training help him quickly understand the key agreements, relationships, and challenges facing his training clients.
