Dispute Resolution Experience

Trisha Huizenga is a business mediator and facilitator. Her educational background includes a BA in Economics from Yale and an MBA from the University of Chicago, and she completed Marquette University's Graduate Program in Dispute Resolution. Previously, Trisha spent 16 years as a commercial banker, advising closely held businesses as well as Fortune 500 companies. Trisha has mediated many business-to-business disputes, ownership conflicts, payment and product quality issues and contract disputes. As a third party neutral in mediating business, public sector, workplace and estate disputes, Trisha facilitates problem-solving discussions when direct negotiation by the parties has been unproductive. She encourages the use of mediation in resolving disputes before litigation begins, as well as once attorneys are engaged. Trisha offers some unique qualifications for getting to the heart of business problems, and she is committed to spreading the word about the merits of mediation in helping to promote business and personal interests.
