Dispute Resolution Experience

Diane J. Levin is a dispute resolution professional and attorney. A mediator since 1995, Levin has conducted mediations in disputes in litigation or for private clients in tort, employment, real estate, family-owned business and probate matters, and serves on numerous mediation panels, including the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. She is a Lecturer in Negotiations in the MBA program at Boston University School of Management. An experienced trainer of mediation and negotiation skills, Levin has taught thousands of people in corporate, institutional, and governmental settings, for clients that have included Coca-Cola Enterprises, Bose Corporation, and the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy. She also provides coaching and consulting services to professionals in the areas of salary, employment, business, and settlement negotiations. As a recognized authority on dispute resolution and negotiation, Levin contributes to numerous online and print publications, including Lawyers Weekly, ABA Dispute Resolution Magazine, The Complete Lawyer, Kluwer Law International, and others, and serves as a technical advisor to global publisher John Wiley & Sons, Inc. She also publishes MediationChannel.com, honored by the American Bar Association as a top legal blog.
