Dispute Resolution Experience
Scott R. Loring is a mediator and mentor with MWI and a coach and facilitator in private practice. A mediator since 2006, Scott and has mediated over 130 cases in the District and Municipal Court Departments as well as the Suffolk Probate and Family Court Department in the areas of housing, divorce, business partnerships, family business, and mediating to stay married. Scott provides coaching to new mediators during mediation training programs, helping them understand and practice the role of the mediator and he is a frequent speaker on the topic of Communication Skills.

- Often observes mediators and provides feedback and tools for improving their mediation skills and technique
