Dispute Resolution Experience Melinda Milberg has served as an attorney for over 33 years, representing clients in all courts in employment, probate, personal injury and business cases. She has served as an arbitrator and mediator since 1993, helping people resolve disputes in employment, commercial, personal injury, probate and divorce matters, and serving as an arbitrator with AAA, FINRA, and as a hearing officer with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. She served as a case evaluator for the Middlesex Multi-Door Courthouse Panel. She is co-author of MCLE’s Chapter 93A: Rights and Remedies, and has also authored articles for Boston Business Journal, MBA Journal, and other publications. She was appointed by the Governor to serve as a public member of the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Medicine, where she served as a hearing office for physician discipline cases and participated in rulemaking and decision-making for physician registration and discipline.  She also serves as a guardian ad litem to review trusts and estate issues for the Worcester, Middlesex, Suffolk and Norfolk Probate Courts.
