Mediation Works Incorporated (MWI) offers dispute resolution services and training to a variety of corporate, institutional and individual clients.   Please contact the MWI staff below to discuss your case and the rate.

MWI Dispute Resolution Services Fee Contact Schedule

A "party" is defined as all persons whose interests are shared and/or are represented by one attorney, advocate, or insurance company representative.

The fee includes:

• Intake, scheduling and administering of the session(s) 
• Pre-mediation phone conferences with advocates/attorneys
• Preparation and mediation/facilitation of the sessions
• Conducting the post-session follow-up as needed
• Refreshments for participants engaged in full-day sessions

Scheduling:

• Mediation and facilitation services can be scheduled at the earliest possible time convenient for the mediator and the parties (within 24 hours, if needed).
   
• Weekend sessions are available for services if requested by parties or required by scheduling limitations.

Rescheduling / Cancellation Fees:  

MWI reserves the right to charge a $100 rescheduling fee to the party who submits more than two requests to reschedule.  In the event that a session is canceled with less than 24 hours notice, MWI reserves the right to bill the full standard fee.

Expense Reimbursement:

Parties can expect there will be no additional fees unless informed in advance by MWI.  All costs for conference calls, phone calls in excess of 15 minutes and travel costs (e.g. airfare, accommodations, meals, etc.) will be billed directly to the parties, without mark-up, as incurred.  

Billing:  

Fees and costs will be due at the beginning or conclusion of the proceeding unless other arrangements have been made.
 

Non-profit organizations and income-eligible individuals are encouraged to inquire into MWI's reduced rates for services and training.
