Dispute Resolution Experience

Ken Starr is an experienced ADR professional and former trial lawyer who is now focusing his practice exclusively on arbitration, mediation and other conflict resolution methods. With over 20 years of trial experience, he served as lead counsel in more than 100 jury and bench trials. He spent several years representing engineers in complex construction disputes involving, inter alia, sewer rehabilitation work, HVAC systems and various types of industrial construction projects. He has served as an ADR Neutral since 1995, having participated in hundreds of ADR sessions. He has taught an ADR course at Georgia State University College of Law, Business Law and Hospitality Law at the University of South Florida, Labor and Employment Law and Business Ethics at Webster University and has extensive experience in labor, employment, franchise, construction, real estate, securities and commercial disputes.
