MWI’s Divorce Mediation Training Program is a comprehensive twenty-four hour divorce mediation training designed to provide participants with the knowledge and skills to become effective divorce mediators through demonstrations, presentations, exercises, written materials and role-plays. This program is for mediators who have completed at least 30-hours of mediation training and are interested in incorporating divorce mediation into their practice.

MWI’s Housing and Eviction Program is an advanced mediation training designed for mediators interested in helping tenants and landlords resolve housing and eviction disputes. This training will focus on the special considerations mediators face when mediating eviction cases including; homelessness and the challenge of property ownership; landlord-tenant relationships; protecting the rights of both parties and working with the law, agreement writing and mediating eviction cases in the BMC and District courts.
