Please take a few moments to share your negotiation insights and experiences with us. Responses will be used to help MWI address your specific negotiation challenges and help us tailor a program for you and your needs.
There are two versions of the questionnaire for you to choose from: a short form and long form.
The short form will provide us with an overview of your negotiation experiences and goals. The long form will provide us with detailed information to better understand a specific negotiation challenge within your industry. Both forms are intended to give you an opportunity to reflect on your negotiation goals and challenges in more depth in advance of the program. We ask you to complete section A (Contact Information) regardless of the version you choose to complete.
