MWI Workplace & Employment Mediation Services

MWI maintains a panel of premier professional neutrals well-seasoned in workplace and employment disputes arising from all types of employment issues. With an emphasis on assisting the parties to prepare for the mediation, parties attend the session understanding the viewpoint of the other side, and understanding not only what is important to themselves, but what they want to accomplish.

There is no settlement unless the parties agree, and parties have given up none of their rights to proceed before an appropriate venue if the matter is not resolved.   MWI Mediators have mediated thousands of workplace and employment cases including:

• Disputes between coworkers
• Management disputes
• Work team conflicts
• Interpersonal communication issues
• Discrimination
• Sexual harassment
• Wrongful termination

MWI administers all aspects of the services including intake, convening, logistics and follow-up. This efficient process allows parties to resolve their dispute, saving both time and money.
