You recently participated in a mediation through MWI’s free Court Mediation Program. To continue providing our program’s participants with the highest quality service, we ask that you participate in this short survey.
The survey consists of 10 questions related to your mediation experience and should take about five minutes to complete. Participation in the survey is voluntary and confidential. Your name and contact information will not be published, and your responses will remain anonymous.
