Dispute Resolution Experience
Halee is a divorce mediator with MWI and provides mediation services in Norwood, and Marlborough MA. Halee has been mediating with MWI since 2010. Her mediation practice focuses primarily on mediating divorce, post-divorce, adult family, elder, small family business, and other relational disputes. Halee believes that by creating a safe space for clients to work together; helping clients consider their goals, needs, priorities, and options; and understanding the emotional upheaval clients may be experiencing, she creates an environment which best supports clients’ success in mediation. Through every stage of the process, Halee helps clients focus on building sustainable solutions for the future. By offering clients tools and strategies to improve their communications, Halee provides clients with skills they can take away from mediation, to enhance their post-mediation communication and conflict management.
