Josh Hoch is MWI’s Director of Ombuds & Mediation Services. He is an active mediator, ombuds, instructor, and mentor. He manages MWI’s Outsourced Ombuds Panel, MWI’s Conference Ombuds Program and is an outsourced organizational ombuds. He has been on staff at MWI since June of 2001.
