Please take a moment to complete and submit your bio which will be distributed to Dealers or Management representatives requesting mediation/arbitration services through the General Motors Dispute Resolution Process.

  • Please submit a brief statement (6 to 8 sentences) about yourself. If you are a dealer, please include the car lines you sell, the location of your dealership(s), and the length of time you have been in business. If you are a management representative, please include the length of time you have worked for GM, the position or positions you have held and your current responsibilities. Both Dealer and Management Mediators should add some personal information (charities, clubs, organizations, awards, hobbies, etc) to help the parties get to know you better.

    When describing periods of time, please provide the year started (and finished, if applicable) instead of "for X years" to avoid your bio becoming inaccurate over time. For instance, instead of "I have been a Dealer for over 22 years..." please write, "I have been a Dealer since 2000..."
