About MWI
MWI has built our clients’ capacity to collaborate and find mutually beneficial solutions since 1994 by providing organizational ombuds and mediation services, negotiation training, and consulting. In addition to providing corporations, institutions, agencies, and non-profits with IOA SoP & CoE-compliant organizational ombuds services, MWI works with established ombuds programs to support visitors, manage data, create reports, mentor new ombuds, assess and strengthen existing offices, and deliver conference ombuds services. MWI is proud to share that our ombuds program has become SOC2 Type2 compliant, demonstrating our ongoing commitment to data security and confidentiality.
