Chuck is the Founder and Executive Director of MWI, a dispute resolution service and training firm in Boston. Responsible for all financial planning and management, business development and execution, marketing campaigns, for over 200 hundred mediators, trainers, staff and interns; Sets and oversees the implementation of MWI’s vision, mission, as well as current and long-term organizational goals and objectives.

Title:   Director of Mediation Services

With MWI since 2001


Josh Hoch is MWI’s Director of Mediation Services and a divorce mediator. Josh also teaches advanced mediation training programs and manages mediations and arbitrations in the areas of family law, consumer automotive, real estate, land use, and construction. Additionally, Josh coordinates monthly workshops for parents seeking divorce, supervises MWI’s parenting coordinators, and serves as a mentor to mediators looking to expand their practice to include divorce mediation.

Megan Winkeler

Title: Director of Training & Engagement

With MWI since 2014


Megan Winkeler is MWI’s Director of Training & Engagement and serves as a trainer and mediator. Megan provides negotiation workshops and consulting services to companies, universities, government entities, and nonprofits. She works with clients to provide custom training solutions based on their specific needs, and she maintains the training curriculum to be in line with current research and best practices. Megan also serves as a mediation trainer and coach through MWI’s Forty-Hour Mediation Training. She directs the MWI Court Mediation Program, overseeing a panel of between 50-60 pro bono court mediators. Through this program, Megan organizes Roundtable events to provide continuing education and networking opportunities for MWI’s dedicated panel. She also provides coaching and mentoring services to mediators seeking to grow their skills. As a mediator, Megan mediates workplace and discrimination cases, housing disputes, and harassment prevention orders. She also manages MWI’s Internship Program.

Cassandra Bazarian

Title:    Operations Manager

With MWI since 2017


MWI’s Office Manager, Cassandra Bazarian, is responsible for managing the office, coordinating accounts payables and receivables, maintaining equipment and supplies, answering phones, and maintaining MWI’s confidential records system. Cassandra is also responsible for the logistical coordination of MWI’s open-enrollment training programs including preparing binders and other training materials, managing on-site logistics at training programs to ensure their successful and uninterrupted operation.
