Title: Executive Director

Chuck is the Founder and Executive Director of MWI, a dispute resolution service and training firm in Boston. Responsible for all financial planning and management, business development and execution, marketing campaigns, for over 200 hundred mediators, trainers, staff and interns; Sets and oversees the implementation of MWI’s vision, mission, as well as current and long-term organizational goals and objectives.
Title: Director of Mediation Services

Josh Hoch is MWI’s Director of Mediation Services and a divorce mediator. Josh also teaches advanced mediation training programs and manages mediations and arbitrations in the areas of family law, consumer automotive, real estate, land use, and construction. Additionally, Josh coordinates monthly workshops for parents seeking divorce, supervises MWI’s parenting coordinators, and serves as a mentor to mediators looking to expand their practice to include divorce mediation.
Title: Director of Training & Engagement
With MWI since 2014
Megan Winkeler is MWI’s Director of Training & Engagement and serves as a trainer and mediator. Megan provides negotiation workshops and consulting services to companies, universities, government entities, and nonprofits. She works with clients to provide custom training solutions based on their specific needs, and she maintains the training curriculum to incorporate current research and best practices. Megan also serves as a mediation trainer and coach through MWI’s Forty-Hour Mediation Training. She directs the MWI Court Mediation Program, overseeing a panel of 50+ pro bono court mediators. Through this program, Megan organizes Roundtable Seminars and events to provide continuing education and networking opportunities for MWI’s dedicated panel. She also provides coaching and mentoring services to mediators seeking to grow their skills. As a mediator, Megan mediates workplace and discrimination cases, housing disputes, and harassment prevention orders. She also manages MWI’s Internship Program.

Title: Mediator | Manager of Commercial & Corporate Programs
With MWI since 2019
Diana Chiang is a mediator, trainer, and the Manager of Commercial & Corporate Programs at MWI. As the Manager of Commercial & Corporate Programs, Diana oversees the administrative and substantive components of case management including intake, convening, logistics, and follow-up for many of MWI’s corporate clients including General Motors, BMW of North America, and 7-Eleven. As a mediator, Diana mediates a variety of civil cases in District, Municipal, and Probate Courts through MWI. Diana has been an Adjunct Professor for the Justice Studies Program at the University of New Hampshire and has assisted with negotiation and leadership courses at Suffolk University Law School. She earned a B.A. dual degree in Sociology & Justice Studies from the University of New Hampshire and a J.D. from Suffolk University Law School. Diana worked for Tennant & Ewer, P.C. in residential real estate and probate law before transitioning to the mediation field. Diana serves on the Board of Directors of the New England Association for Conflict Resolution.
Title: Operations Manager

Vanessa Linsey serves MWI as Operations Manager, responsible for bookkeeping and managing the office. Vanessa has spent the last decade helping people resolve conflict through mindfulness. She is a coach and workshop facilitator, teaching clients how to get unstuck from personal and professional drama through mindful lifestyle shifts and healthy communication practices.
Vanessa’s expertise in mindfulness pairs seamlessly with her work in conflict resolution. She was trained in Professional Mediation by Cornell University’s ILR School, specializing in workplace disputes, and has completed dozens of insight practice trainings, including the University of Massachusetts Center for Mindfulness MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) intensive and Anodeah Judith’s Psychology of the Chakras intensive.
Vanessa earned her BA in Speech Communications with honors from Bridgewater State University where she was awarded the school’s first internship through The Washington Center, serving Tribune Broadcasting’s Washington Bureau as a field producer, primarily covering the Clinton White House. She went on to open four profitable small businesses, including Chrysalis Meditation Center, then wrote her first book, a best-selling prescriptive memoir entitled Metta Mom: A Mindful Guide to Managing Your Mood & Your Brood.
