Responsible for all financial planning and management, business development and execution, marketing campaigns, for over 200 hundred mediators, trainers, staff and interns; Sets and oversees the implementation of MWI’s vision, mission, as well as current and long-term organizational goals and objectives.

Title:   Director of Mediation Services

Josh Hoch is MWI’s Director of Mediation Services and a divorce mediator. Josh also teaches advanced mediation training programs and manages mediations and arbitrations in the areas of family law, consumer automotive, real estate, land use, and construction. Additionally, Josh coordinates monthly workshops for parents seeking divorce, supervises MWI’s parenting coordinators, and serves as a mentor to mediators looking to increase their effectiveness as mediators. Title: Director of Training & Engagement

With MWI since 2014


Megan Winkeler is MWI’s Director of Training & Engagement and serves as a trainer and mediator. Megan provides negotiation workshops and consulting services to companies, universities, government entities, and nonprofits. She works with clients to provide custom training solutions based on their specific needs, and she maintains the training curriculum to incorporate current research and best practices. Megan also serves as a mediation trainer and coach through MWI’s Forty-Hour Mediation Training. She directs the MWI Court Mediation Program, overseeing a panel of 50+ pro bono court mediators. Through this program, Megan organizes Roundtable Seminars and events to provide continuing education and networking opportunities for MWI’s dedicated panel. She also provides coaching and mentoring services to mediators seeking to grow their skills. As a mediator, Megan mediates workplace and discrimination cases, housing disputes, and harassment prevention orders. She also manages MWI’s Internship Program.

Diana Chiang

Title:    Mediator | Director of Commercial & Corporate Programs

With MWI since 2019


Diana Chiang is a mediator, trainer, and Director of Corporate and Court Programs at MWI. Diana oversees the Alternative Dispute Resolution Programs for MWI’s corporate clients including General Motors, BMW of North America, and 7-Eleven. She is the Director of MWI’s Court Programs, overseeing a panel of 100+ pro bono court mediators. Through this program, she conducts seminars and trainings to provide continuing education and networking opportunities for MWI’s dedicated panel. Diana mediates in a variety of areas including divorce, civil cases, housing disputes, and harassment prevention orders. She provides coaching and mentoring services to mediators seeking to grow their skills. Diana is currently an adjunct faculty member teaching negotiation at Suffolk University Law School, and also taught at the University of New Hampshire as an adjunct faculty member of the Justice Studies Program. She earned a B.A. dual degree in Sociology and Justice Studies from the University of New Hampshire, and a J.D. from Suffolk University Law School. Diana also serves on the Board of Directors of the New England Association for Conflict Resolution.

Vanessa Linsey

Title:    Operations Manager

With MWI since 2019


Vanessa Linsey is a Mediator and MWI’s Operations Manager. As Operations Manager, Vanessa co-leads the trial court program, writes grants, hires and supervises interns, and manages all aspects of bookkeeping.

Vanessa earned her BA in Speech Communications with honors from Bridgewater State University and trained in Professional Mediation at Cornell University.
