Dispute Resolution Experience
Lisa Pomerantz is an Arbitrator and Mediator with MWI. She also serves as a neutral on the American Arbitration Association Commercial, Consumer, and Employment Panels, the EDNY Mediation Panel, and various New York State mediation panels. She has represented numerous employees and employers as settlement counsel in resolving a variety of employment-related disputes involving statutory and/or contract claims.
