Open-Enrollment Negotiation Skills Workshops
Based on principles developed at the Harvard Negotiation Project and the bestseller “Getting To Yes,” MWI’s Open-Enrollment Negotiation Skills Workshops build individuals’ capacity to negotiate collaboratively, producing better business outcomes and stronger long-term working relationships. The workshops aim to:
- Stimulate participants’ awareness of different negotiation processes
- Equip participants with a common framework for collaborative negotiation
- Enhance participants’ skills for generating high-value solutions that meet their and their counterparts’ needs

December 2&3, 2025 – Live and online via Zoom at 12-4 pm ET both days

Program Overview
MWI’s Open-Enrollment Negotiation Skills Workshop enable participants to improve skills by preparing for, conducting, and reviewing multiple simulated cases, in addition to learning the theory of negotiation effectiveness. The program focuses on the following areas:
- Systematically preparing for, conducting, and reviewing negotiations to produce better outcomes
- Building long-term, strategic relationships
- Enhancing your ability to communicate more effectively
- Learning how to discover the underlying interests in a negotiation and create mutually beneficial and durable solutions for all parties
- Identifying standards of fairness to bolster your persuasiveness
- Dealing with difficult behaviors and tactics
