MWI Eviction Mediation Training Registration Form

There is no charge for mediators who are able to commit to mediating eviction cases for a 12-month period with MWI after the training (upon acceptance onto the panel). Training tuition is $250 per person (or $200 if registered a month in advance of the program) for those who are unable to make a commitment to mediate. Space is limited to 24 participants. To register for MWI's Eviction Mediation Training, you must meet at least one of the following requirements:

I have mediated at least five cases, OR

I have received approval from MWI's Director of Corporate & Court Programs to register for this course.
