Persuasion Skills You Never Knew You Had

MWI’s Influence Without Authority course helps participants understand how to influence, motivate and lead others to resolve issues and successfully meet project goals. MWI provides proven tools and frameworks including relationship mapping, the ladder of understanding, and identifying your influence currencies. This highly interactive program will provide participants with opportunities to create a personal action plan to implement following the workshop.


Course Objectives:

  • Instruct participants to prepare for, conduct, and measure success in a negotiation, even when they do not hold formal authority;
  • Navigate organizations and social relationships in order to map the landscape in which participants are influencing;
  • Approach pitches and high-stakes presentations with a roadmap for gaining buy-in and participation.
